Senior Agronomist Role in Eastern Scotland

**Agronomy Expert Wanted:**
A leading agronomy business in Scotland is seeking a Senior Agronomist to join their team as part of succession planning. The successful candidate will have experience in agronomy or a strong arable background looking to transition into agronomy.
This is a rare opportunity to work with experienced Agronomists in the Scottish sector, providing tailored technical advice to clients, promoting a range of products and solutions for arable farms. The ideal candidate will have a strong practical background and relevant degree, with BASIS and/or FACTS certification being advantageous but not essential.
You will be responsible for recording and interpreting data, working collaboratively to grow the business and support colleagues. A self-motivated individual who can manage their own workload effectively in a remote role, holding a full UK driving licence, will be well-suited to this position.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a basic salary of approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, bonus/commission, company car/allowance, and comprehensive benefits. Inexperienced Agronomists will receive a long-term career development programme, including relevant training and qualifications over 2-3 years.
