We are a leading agronomy business shaping the industry in Scotland, seeking a fresh talent to join our team due to succession planning. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to embark on a career in agronomy or seeking a change from their current role.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a robust remuneration package including a basic salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, bonus/commission, company car/allowance, and a comprehensive benefits programme.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for providing tailored technical advice to clients, promoting products, and offering a total solution for arable farms. As a remote worker, you must be self-motivated and able to manage your workload effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong practical background, preferably with a relevant degree
  • BASIS and/or FACTS certification would be advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to record and interpret data, utilising information to provide comprehensive support
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently
  • Fully qualified UK driver
