Job Description

We are seeking a Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Dartford. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing personal care and companionship to our clients in their own homes. This will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with medication reminders and administration
  • Providing transportation to appointments and errands
Requirements
  • Be caring, warm-hearted, and have a compassionate nature
  • Be perceptive and open to client need changes, responsive and intuitive
  • Be a great listener, observant, have a positive attitude, and be passionate to help others
  • Be open to learn and gain new knowledge or grow existing skills
  • Be reliable, dependable, able to multitask, able to remain calm and keep a cool head
  • Have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Have the Right To Work in the United Kingdom
  • Have a good grasp of the English language
