Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients, such as reading, watching TV, or playing games
- Administer medication and provide reminders as needed
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide personal care, such as help with toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance
Requirements
- Be caring, warm-hearted, and have a compassionate nature
- Be perceptive and open to client need changes, responsive and intuitive
- Be a great listener, observant, have a positive attitude, and be passionate to help others
- Be open to learn and gain new knowledge or grow existing skills
- Be reliable, dependable, able to multitask, able to remain calm and keep a cool head
- Have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Have the Right to Work in the United Kingdom
- Have a good grasp of the English language
