About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients, such as reading, watching TV, or going for walks
  • Administer medication and provide reminders
  • Assist with mobility and transfers

Requirements:

  • Be caring, warm-hearted, and compassionate
  • Be perceptive and open to client need changes, responsive and intuitive
  • Be a great listener, observant, have a positive attitude, and be passionate to help others
  • Be open to learn and gain new knowledge or grow existing skills
  • Be reliable, dependable, able to multitask, able to remain calm and keep a cool head
  • Have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Have the Right To Work in the United Kingdom
  • Have a good grasp of the English language
