Associate Lecturer in Multi-Skills Construction

Chichester College Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Lecturer in Multi-Skills Construction to join our team. As an Associate Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to our students, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver teaching and learning activities, including tutoring, to students on our construction courses.
- Develop and maintain learning materials, assessments, and assignments to ensure students receive a comprehensive education.
- Contribute to the administration of the construction department, providing reports and statistics as required.
- Take an active role in achieving high student retention and success rates, meeting or surpassing targets for each course.
- Develop curricula and learning activities that cater to the needs of our students, including literacy and numeracy development, and equality and diversity.
- Understand and adhere to personal responsibilities in relation to safeguarding vulnerable groups.
- Stay up-to-date with current issues, changes, and policies in the educational sector.
- Participate in marketing activities to promote the College and increase recruitment.
- Level 2 (or equivalent) in a related subject.
- Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
- Relevant industrial/commercial/subject experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- An understanding of safeguarding vulnerable groups.
- An understanding of teaching and assessing learners.
