Chichester College Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Lecturer in Carpentry & Joinery to join our dynamic Construction department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning experiences to our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging teaching and learning activities, including tutoring and assessment.
- Develop and maintain relevant learning materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
- Contribute to the achievement of high individual student retention and success rates, meeting or surpassing relevant targets.
- Participate in curriculum development, taking into account literacy and numeracy development, equality and diversity, and safeguarding.
- Engage in marketing activities to promote the College and attract new students.
- Level 2 qualification in a related subject or equivalent.
- Relevant industrial/commercial/subject experience.
- Understanding of safeguarding vulnerable groups.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ability to undertake continuing professional development.
