Development and Community Lead

Location: Winchester, Hampshire

Salary: £21,002.80 per annum, plus benefits

FirstPort is looking for an experienced Development and Community Lead to oversee residential developments and provide exceptional community service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure residents meet specific requirements by maintaining a high profile around the development/office.
  • Perform daily safety and security checks, documenting procedures and protecting resident data.
  • Coordinate all works, including ordering, managing contractors, tracking progress, and verifying completion.
  • Foster relationships between residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
  • Act promptly in emergencies, engaging relevant teams or authorities as necessary.
  • Support the sales process through our partner, Retirement Homesearch, and facilitate resident integration.

This role demands strong interpersonal skills, issue resolution capabilities, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and system learning.
