About the Role

Aromatherapy Associates is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team. As a key member of our commercial planning function, you will play a critical role in translating commercial plans into operational plans and actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage insightful forecasts at SKU and channel level, by region and key activity – as well as NPD and seasonal launch plans.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure commercial plans are accurately accounted for.
  • Work with trade operations to ensure inventory is available for customer requirements.
  • Communicate inventory availability to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Advanced level of Excel essential, with experience in managing and analysing large volumes of data.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a demand planning role.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Strong understanding of Demand Planning within the context of an S&OP process.
  • Ability to commute to head office in Brentford 2-3 times per week.
