About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Elevator Installation Specialist to join our team at Otis. As an Elevator Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation of elevators and escalators, ensuring that they are installed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install new elevators and escalators, ensuring that they are installed safely and efficiently
  • Work in a safe manner, adhering to all Environmental Health & Safety guidelines
  • Liaise directly with customers while on site to build a good working relationship
  • Conduct inspections before and after installation to ensure high quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • Qualified to install elevators to the standards set in your country
  • Hold a driver's license (as necessary)
  • At least 6 months of experience in the field of elevators, ideally acquired in the assembly activity or at least experience on site and/or installation
  • Good electrical and mechanical skills
  • Comfortable with plan reading and calculations
  • Appetite for technical products and new technologies
  • Appreciate manual trades as well as the satisfaction of seeing the finished work
