Children Residential Care Manager

Reed is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a children's home in March, Cambridgeshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual care plans that meet the young person's needs, ensuring regular reviews and updates.
- Maintain high standards of quality care, taking accountability for childcare and safeguarding concerns.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of the young people.
- Create rosters to ensure safe staffing levels in the home.
- Manage budgets effectively, utilizing resources to optimize care delivery.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards).
- Experience with OFSTED and recent experience working with children in a residential care setting.
