- Sie können eSourcing- und eAuction-Systeme problemlos anwenden und standardisierte Ausschreibungsvorlagen für eine effiziente Beschaffungsabwicklung pflegen.
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Ausschreibungsplans für Ihre Unterkategorien, um sicherzustellen, dass die Ausgaben unter Vertrag sind.
- Sicherstellen, dass das Beschaffungsrisiko reduziert wird, indem genaue Einblicke in relevante Risiken auf dem Beschaffungsmarkt gewonnen, die Wahrscheinlichkeit des Auftretens einschätzen und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen Global Category Manager und anderen Beteiligten Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung planen und bewerten.
- Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IT/OT Supplier Management Team stellen Sie sicher, dass die Lieferanten unsere Verträge einhalten.
- Aufgrund Ihres Fachwissens ist es für Sie selbstverständlich, IT/OT-Anforderungen zu verbessern, um das Gesamtergebnis für RWE zu steigern.
Dein Profil:
- Umfassende Erfahrung in allen ausschreibungsbezogenen Beschaffungspraktiken.
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse des IT/OT-Beschaffungsmarktes und Interesse, sich über aktuelle Trends und Bedrohungen auf dem Laufenden zu halten.
- Expertenwissen über P2P- und e-Sourcing-Plattformen mit guten Kenntnissen der relevanten finanziellen Grundsätze.
- Positive Einflussnahme und Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Hohes Maß an Organisations-, Veränderungs- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, die es ermöglichen, Interessengruppen durch Ausschreibungsverfahren zu leiten, aber auch direkt mit anderen zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen zu unseren Betriebs-/Bürostandorten und wichtigen Lieferanten.
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich.
