About the Job

We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill a Teaching Assistant position in Exeter and surrounding areas.

Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic school environment, supporting and nurturing children while gaining valuable experience. As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist children in various stages of their education, helping them with day-to-day tasks and engaging their imagination through work and play.

Responsibilities

  • SUPPORT AND NURTURE CHILDREN IN THEIR EDUCATIONAL JOURNEY
  • ASSIST WITH DAY-TO-DAY TASKS AND ENGAGE CHILDREN THROUGH WORK AND PLAY
  • DEVELOP STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PUPILS, STAFF, AND FAMILIES
  • CONTRIBUTE TO A POSITIVE AND SUPPORTIVE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT

Requirements

  • A positive, caring, energetic attitude
  • An understanding of safeguarding children
  • A genuine interest in aiding children's development
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to motivate children and be an excellent role model
