Export Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Export Transport Operator to join our Road Freight team. As an Export Transport Operator, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating the export of goods from the UK to Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate groupage of part loads and full loads from the UK to Europe
- Sourcing haulage and negotiating prices to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Cooperate with overseas offices and colleagues to ensure smooth logistics
- Prepare and instruct customs documentation and warehouse loading
- Ensure legislative compliance and arrange transport with hauliers
- Groupage experience with FCL and LCL cargo
- Export trailer planning and negotiation skills
- Ability to combine part loads with groupage to meet customer service levels
- Knowledge of customs procedures and legislation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
This is an office-based role with a Monday to Friday schedule. Due to the location, you will need to be a driver and have access to a vehicle. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for logistics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
