We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Manager and Sales Team in generating new business from a mix of clients. The successful candidate will drive and deliver collaboration with various products and services to facilitate seamless customer onboarding, aftersales care, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Sales Representative in handling RFI/RFQ documents, engaging with internal and external stakeholders as required, and ensuring completion by the required deadline.
- Process quotations, receive, respond, record in CRM system, and follow-up results.
- Complete a required number of telesales calls, arrange appointments, and identify new target accounts.
- Support the external sales team on external visits, as required, to develop rapport and assist with RFQ discussions.
- Ensure the CRM system is kept up-to-date (Opportunity management and follow-up) and that the whole team completes data entry on time.
- Experience in Air Freight, Road Freight, LCL, FCL, customs products, and procedures.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to influence others, negotiate, persuade, and collaborate.
- Excellent administration skills (numeracy and literacy).
- Computer literacy, familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Lotus Notes.
