About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor at a reputable Secondary School in Loughborough. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school by providing cover for teachers and supporting students in their learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality cover for teachers, ensuring minimal disruption to students' learning
  • Support students in their learning, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with the management of student behavior, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans and educational activities
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive school culture
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for working with young people and promoting their learning and development
  • Good organizational and time management skills
