Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
  • Provide targeted support to students who may require additional help, including those with special educational needs (SEN).

  • Help students stay focused and engaged in their learning.

Requirements:
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A DBS on the update service - or be willing to get one.
  • Experience in an educational setting or working with young people (desirable).
  • A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • A relevant qualification or willingness to undergo training is a plus.
