Senior Recruitment Consultant

Amicus is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our EU team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a market across the Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud, and DevOps sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the tech industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and recruit high-quality candidates for various tech roles
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry
  • Proven track record of developing new and existing client relationships
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
