Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Oxford. This is a full-time role, starting immediately, and will involve working with a Year 6 class.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in a primary school or with school-aged children, and a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable. Previous SEND experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support as a general classroom Teaching Assistant and 1 to 1
- Work effectively with other members of staff in the classroom and throughout the school
- Ability to support students and encourage their progression
- Willingness to comply with the school's policies and implement effectively
