Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and customise ServiceNow modules to optimise legal service processes such as Sales And Order Management /Network Inventory Management.
  • Develop and implement functional specifications for optimised solutions.
  • Lead end-user training and workshops to ensure solution adoption.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst with a focus on legal services management.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customising the ServiceNow platform to enhance legal service processes.
  • Deep understanding of organisational processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
