Job Description

Levy Professionals is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect/ Lead to join our team.

We are looking for a professional with expertise in legal service management to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to optimize legal service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure ServiceNow modules to enhance legal service processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and pain points.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications for optimized solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.
  • Lead end-user training and workshops to ensure solution adoption.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst with a focus on legal services management.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deep understanding of organizational processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist)
