Caretaker - Mobile

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Caretaker - Mobile to join our team at Epping - St Margaret Community Hospital - Birchwood House.

About the role:

As a Caretaker - Mobile, you will be responsible for undertaking general caretaking and handyperson duties in NHS Property Services premises, adhering to company policies and procedures. Your primary goal will be to ensure the completion of caretaking duties and basic maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities:

• Undertake general caretaking and handyperson duties in NHS Property Services premises.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the completion of caretaking duties and basic maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
