Caretaker - Mobile

We are seeking a skilled Caretaker - Mobile to join our team at Epping - St Margaret Community Hospital - Birchwood House.

About the role:

As a Caretaker - Mobile, you will be responsible for undertaking general caretaking and handyperson duties in NHS Property Services premises. This will involve completing tasks in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring the completion of caretaking duties and basic maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities:

• Undertake general caretaking and handyperson duties in NHS Property Services premises.
• Complete tasks in line with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the completion of caretaking duties and basic maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
