We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member in our Ayr A77 / Racecourse Premier Inn. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring our guests have a memorable experience
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including cocktails
  • Provide a warm welcome to our guests, making them feel at home

  • Guaranteed hours of 15 per week, over 2/3 days
