We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member at our Ayr A77 / Racecourse Premier Inn. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm welcome for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests
  • Make a positive impression with our guests from the moment they check in
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including making cocktails and serving meals

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate
  • A fixed-term contract until 1st December 2024
  • Guaranteed hours of 15 per week over 2/3 days
  • A mixture of breakfast and dinner shifts, including weekends
