Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on operational aspects related to Outsourcing, Third-Party Management, Operational Resilience, DORA, and other operational requirements to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on operational aspects to clients, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients, meeting their specific business objectives and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the industry.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' operations, workflows, and business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Develop tailored strategies and solutions to address clients' operational challenges, ensuring successful implementation and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in the London Market Insurance sector, with a strong understanding of broker and carrier operations.
  • Ability to work on strategic and macro initiatives, with a focus on detailed business plans and processes.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • Understanding of regulatory obligations for insurance businesses and the importance of maintaining a high reputation for ICSR.
