Job Title: Senior Operating Model Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operating Model Consultant to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Operating Model Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering organisation design projects, contributing to OTM solution improvements, and representing the company at events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from end-to-end, starting with initial client contact through to workshop planning and follow-up work.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that tells the narrative story and transformational blueprint of customer organisations.
  • Conduct client-facing work with top executives from the first month on the job.
  • Learn OTM proprietary business transformation methodology directly from top practitioners.
  • Develop consulting skills on-site with clients, taking on more responsibilities in workshops.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience in consulting or as an in-house practitioner is favourable.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisation design and/or understanding of/training in organisation design.
  • Proficiency in Excel's VBA/SQL and ability to demonstrate application of these skills is a plus.
  • Able to travel, including both domestic and international (up to ~50% of the time).
