About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Operating Model Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact consulting projects, leading client relationships and developing business opportunities.

Job Description

The role involves working with clients to design and implement operating models that drive business growth and efficiency. This includes conducting research, analysing data, developing recommendations and implementing changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different functions to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of operating model design, change management and business development principles.
  • Proven experience in leading consulting projects, with a strong track record of delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally, up to two weeks per month on average.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Relevant industry experience in consulting or in-house practitioner roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering organisation design solutions.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with ability to engage senior-level clients.
  • Knowledge of CRM products, MS Office suite and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
