  • Provide wound care services in a clinic and community setting, utilizing your expertise to promote healing and prevent complications.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of diabetic patients, identifying signs of ulcers, infections, or other complications, and develop effective care plans to address these issues.
  • Monitor patient progress, document findings, and update care plans to ensure seamless continuity of care.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven knowledge and experience in wound care, with a strong understanding of best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Full UK Driver's Licence and access to a car, enabling you to travel to various locations as required.
  • Awareness of diabetic foot ulcers and critical ischemic limbs, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a clinical setting.
