Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or nursing.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare, with a focus on clinical services.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and families.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
