Our esteemed client, a leading independent healthcare provider, is seeking a seasoned Clinical Services Manager to oversee the Outpatients and Pre-Operative Assessment department at a prestigious hospital in Berkshire. This exciting opportunity presents a chance to become part of a renowned organization celebrated for delivering complex surgeries throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of clinical services.
  • Provide visionary leadership and direction to clinical staff, aligning with hospital initiatives.
  • Oversee staff deployment, supervision, and training within the clinical area, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Drive staff development and performance, ensuring compliance with CQC Standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a cost-effective department, including financial management and business planning, to optimize resources.
  • Contribute clinically as needed, with at least one clinical shift per week, to maintain a deep understanding of operational challenges.
Attractive Package:
  • An annual salary of up to £58,000, plus a £3,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements:
  • Relevant professional development in clinical and managerial areas.
  • RN with valid NMC Registration and a Diploma/BSc in Nursing Studies.
