Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. This includes making outbound B2B telesales calls and managing accounts to establish long-lasting relationships with existing customers. You will also provide support on the trade floor, assisting customers and liaising with warehouse workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound telesales experience, selling to suitable decision-makers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in an electrical wholesaler or similar environment
• Trade Counter experience and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• A strong work ethic and willingness to help in all areas of the business

What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £27-35k, plus commission, profit share, and other bonuses. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for career development and growth.
