Clinical Deputy Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical lead/Nurse looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputising all leadership duties in the Registered Home Manager's absence.
  • Working in partnership with the Registered Home Manager to set the highest care standards.
  • Providing advice and guidance to staff and residents.
  • Helping to manage safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in helping residents with different health complexities.
  • Successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
  • Some HR experience and an understanding of budget management.
