We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Assistant Manager to join our Cyber Security Team at ANSON MCCADE. As an IAM Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier services in the IAM domain, working with a range of clients to define IAM strategies, conduct IAM control reviews, and lead large-scale IAM transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IAM project workstreams from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls, including risk assessment, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Support the development of strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans across multiple IAM domains, including authentication, authorization, and accounting.
  • Offer specialist knowledge on IAM tools and their integration with client IT systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on project progress and outcomes.
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in IAM requirements gathering, strategy development, and design, with a proven track record of delivering successful IAM projects.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra ID, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to analyze enterprise-scale user data, generate insights, and develop solutions that meet client needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Eligibility for SC Clearance is required for this role.
