The Derby City Council is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Peripatetic SEN Teaching Assistant EYFS with SEND Specialism to join our Inclusion Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality teaching and support to children with SEND in our Inclusion Hubs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues to achieve their best
- Support the Head of Inclusion and Trust Leader Complex SEND in implementing the hub vision
- Be committed to working in partnership with all stakeholders, including parents and external agencies
Requirements
- High expectations of achievement, attainment, and behavior
- Excellent Peripatetic SEN TA EYFS with SEND Specialism with potential to develop further in the Trust
- Strong knowledge of how to meet the needs of children with Special Educational Needs
- Commitment to supporting and developing the learning of pupils with SEND
