Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced EU Senior Research Manager to join our Policy and Research team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us grow our European market by managing medium- to large-sized research projects, controlling budgets, and overseeing teams of researchers and experts.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in project management, research methodology, and stakeholder engagement. They will also be able to work effectively with Ecorys Directors to lead proposals for new work and identify opportunities to grow the company's portfolio of EU market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Develop and implement research methodologies, including mixed-methods approaches, to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and subcontractors.
  • Work collaboratively with Ecorys Directors to develop business development strategies and win new projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in research project management, preferably in the EU context.
  • Strong technical skills in research methodology, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including variable pay (bonus), private healthcare, share scheme, and buying and selling annual leave.
  • An additional £3,000 London Weighting per annum for colleagues based at our London office.
