About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bespoke Product Developer to join our team in Lydney, Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex mechanical products from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop bespoke mechanical products using CAD software
  • Work collaboratively with other engineers to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Liaise with manufacturing providers to ensure smooth production processes
  • Produce technical drawings and documentation as required

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD software- ideally SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD etc.
  • Ability to work well individually as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience working with machinery and automated systems would be beneficial
