We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Out of Hours Service Co-ordinator to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our helpdesk team, you will be responsible for accurately translating contractual and operational requirements to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client calls into actionable solutions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Identify and implement the most appropriate solutions to client requests within contractual guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account delivery teams.
  • Manage and update associated software and programs, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Provide professional and articulate helpdesk support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Support the account delivery team from an administrative perspective, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Escalate any identified issues to line management and seek advice when necessary.
  • Work within established guidelines and company processes, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • GCSE standard with at least 5 Grade C passes or above, or an NVQ qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative role, with a focus on call handling and client communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Evidence of working within a team, supporting and collaborating with others to achieve organizational goals.
  • Organized with good planning ability, to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capability to understand and analyze statistical data, with a focus on identifying trends and areas for improvement.
