About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to lead our Application and Dynamics CRM function. As a key member of our IT division, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our CRM systems, based on Microsoft Dynamics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a small development team and manage day-to-day support functions
  • Develop and enhance software systems and components using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and The Power Platform
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and address their issues and requirements
  • Develop and implement impactful CRM projects
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise within the team
  • Ensure excellent service delivery to our customers

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Developer with a robust background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both hands-on development and team leadership, with deep expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics suite, particularly CRM.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics applications, particularly CRM
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and The Power Platform
  • Proven ability to lead and build technical expertise within teams
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities, with effective delegation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting policy and procedures clearly
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and professional software development practices
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and API management
  • Proficiency in ETL design and implementation
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
