Senior Property Lawyer

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Lawyer to join our busy property department in Lincoln. As a Residential Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a range of residential property work, including investment property purchases and sales.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing and be able to work independently on complex transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle residential property work, including sales and purchases
• Work on own initiative to complete transactions efficiently
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail

**What We Offer:
