**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Conveyancing Specialist to join our property department in Lincoln. As a Senior Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a range of residential property work, including investment property purchases and sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing and be able to work on their own initiative to complete transactions efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle residential property transactions, including sales and purchases
  • Ensure high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the transaction process
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

**Salary:**

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
