Job Title: Commis Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commis Chef to join our team at Holiday Inn London Gatwick Airport.

About the Role

As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in delivering an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with our chefs to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

You will be required to work in a clean and efficient manner, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure without losing your cool. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes
  • Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience
  • Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation
