At Natterbox Limited, we are seeking a skilled Telecoms Product Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Voice & Messaging products. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for managing our telecommunications product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and implement partners, products, and services.

This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of the mutual go-to-market opportunities for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of PSTN (Public Switched Telephony Network) products, including call termination and various types of telephone numbers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development and Maintenance: Guide the development and maintenance of telecom products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer needs.
  • Industry Research and Analysis: Continuously research and stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitor products, and compliance/regulatory mandates, using these insights to influence our product development.
  • Global Product Knowledge Base: Maintain our global telecommunications product knowledge base.
  • Strategic Project Management: Drive strategic telecommunications projects from beginning to end with the capability of making critical decisions under pressure and ambiguity.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Perform market research to identify opportunities & challenges to achieve the company's business objectives & growth strategy.

As a subject matter expert for our telecom products, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders, manage customer-facing telecommunications pricing & packaging, and ensure alignment with our broader product pricing strategy.

The successful candidate will have a business degree, technical degree, or directly related experience, with a strong understanding of legal challenges in the telecommunications world, including STIR/SHAKEN, Emergency Services, Robocalling, and Law Enforcement inquiries.
