Join Our Team as a Part Time HR Adviser

Tetra Tech RPS Energy is seeking a skilled HR Adviser to join our Energy business in the UK.

This part-time opportunity requires someone who can work around 10-15 hours per week, with a focus on Monday and Friday hours. The role can be fully remote or hybrid/office based in Edinburgh, Chepstow, or Woking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support to managers and colleagues on organisational policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR on key employee life cycle activities, including performance and reward processes, DE&I initiatives, and wellbeing programs.
  • Maintain accurate recording and updating of case documentation and key HR policies.
  • Engage in difficult conversations with colleagues, either directly or via their line manager, to promote good working practices and maximise colleague engagement opportunities.
  • Support the Head of HR in producing and analysing reports, identifying key trends, and managing People projects.
