Cover Supervisor and Teacher Aide

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at I C Talent Ltd. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity in the classroom when teachers are absent. This is a temporary position, and start dates will depend on the availability of successful candidates and completion of the compliance process.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students and ensure a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Follow the lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and manage the classroom effectively.
  • Engage students in their learning and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 months UK education-based experience.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable).
  • Valid safeguarding certification (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work collaboratively with school staff.

Salary: £24-£34 per hour (dependent on location and experience)
