Electroswitch Corp is seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to lead the Assembly and Sub-assembly units. The successful candidate will plan, organize, and coordinate work from schedules, customer orders, drawings, and verbal instructions. Key responsibilities include:

* Planning and directing the setup of Assembly Stations/ Cells, which may include light machinery and small presses.

* Monitoring progress, anticipating causes of delay or inadequate performance, and taking corrective action.

* Directing, assisting, instructing, and checking subordinates on schedules, methods, standards of performance, safety precautions, shop rules, and regulations.

* Collaborating with Quality Control to resolve problems and the Materials Department to schedule jobs.

Desirable qualifications include five to seven years of assembly and shop experience, with a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. MS Office experience and ERP experience are also required. Training requirements include General Safety and Quality System Awareness. The work environment is a combination of manufacturing and office settings.
