We are seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to join our team in Weymouth. As a key member of our Assembly department, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the work assigned to Assembly and Sub-assembly units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct the setup of Assembly Stations/ Cells, which may include light machinery and small presses.
  • Monitor progress of work, anticipate causes of delay or inadequate performance, and take corrective action.
  • Direct, assist, instruct, and check subordinates on schedules, methods, standards of performance, safety precautions, shop rules, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control to resolve problems and the Materials Department to schedule jobs.
Requirements:
  • Five to seven years of assembly and/or shop experience with a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • MS Office experience and ERP experience are essential.
Training and Development:
  • General Safety training
  • Quality System Awareness training
Work Environment:
  • A combination of Manufacturing and Office environment.
