Financial Monitoring Specialist

As a Financial Monitoring Assessor at The Openwork Partnership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and integrity of our Appointed Representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the solvency and fitness of these representatives by conducting thorough investigations and analyzing financial data.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular financial monitoring checks to ensure compliance with our AR Financial Monitoring policy.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement continuous monitoring to enhance our risk management processes.
- Escalate any identified errors or risks to the relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with Appointed Representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Proven experience in a financial services organization, preferably within an AR Network.
- Strong understanding of Financial Crime & ALM investigations, as well as experience in assessing Sole Trader, Partnership, and Limited company Financial Solvency.
- Level 4 / Diploma qualification in a relevant field would be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and questioning skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound judgments.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
