Mi5 is a leading organisation that keeps the country safe from serious threats. Our team of experts carries out investigations by obtaining, analysing and assessing intelligence, and then works with partners to disrupt these threats.
The Role
This role gives you the opportunity to be at the heart of shaping the future workforce of Mi5, MI6 and GCHQ. You will provide a professional and inclusive experience to our customers, candidates and colleagues while delivering high-quality employees. Your responsibilities include delivering recruitment campaigns, working alongside external partners to keep candidates engaged throughout the process, and providing transparent communication about their status.
You will have the chance to work on various campaigns, including high-volume graduate campaigns and niche specialist roles. You will develop your subject matter expertise and share your knowledge within recruitment as well as with stakeholders and partners. You will also ensure campaigns are compliant with HR policy and employment law.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment, talent spotting or HR. A CIPD qualification would be an advantage, but it's not essential. We offer opportunities for training and development, including acquiring professional qualifications and attending language events and workshops.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include annual leave automatically rising to 30 days after 5 years' service, and an additional 10 public and privilege holidays.
