Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ROW recruitment team with searches to find the right candidates to join Ontic
  • Arrange interviews and provide support for candidates during their application process
  • Own the on-boarding process for new employees
  • Travel between our Gloucestershire based sites (Bishops Cleeve & Staverton)

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in recruitment and familiarity with job boards
  • 'Can do' attitude and high level of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and have a sense of humour
